Sunday

Jul 8, 2018 – 4:30 PM

More Info

Many of the ancient traditions encompass both specific practice and an enduring body of knowledge designed to reclaim one’s personal power, achieve personal freedom and bring more love, compassion and happiness to our life and others. These powerful ancient principles, common among all ancient traditions are: Love, Curiosity, Intention and Attention. Understanding and living by these four principles can unlock the great mystery of life and lead to personal power, freedom, compassion, health and happiness.  In a fun, supporting and loving environment you will learn to explore, experiement, and incorporate these principles in your daily life to achieve personal transformation and live a healthy and vibrant life.  What We Will Do: We will begin the class with a moving/breathing meditation and utilizing ancient techniques to feel our connection with the mother earth and father sun and connect with our own physical body and spirit within. We will transition into a short deep relaxing meditation exercise and learn about ancient techniques and the four principals of happiness that involves a series of daily practice that you can do on your own throughout the week. We will meet weekly to discuss your experience and share your challenges and success and learn in a group environment where we support one another.  About the Instructor: Dr. Ramin Yazdani, is dedicated to create a supporting community of individuals that explore, experiment, and incorporate these principles in their daily life in order to love unconditionally and generate healing energy for themselves and others. He has been practicing and teaching these powerful techniques for the past twenty-five years. He has studied the Toltec, Buddhist, and Sufi traditions. Under the Toltec tradition, he studied with Don Miguel Ruiz (author of: “The Four Agreements”), and Victor Sanchez in Mexico (author of: “The Teachings of Don Carlos: Practical Applications of the Works of Carlos Castaneda”). He has also studied Tibetan Buddhism and received training under the Shambhala Buddhism tradition. The works of Sufi masters Rumi and Inayat Khan were also part of his studies.
